Cramped interiors, fragments, objects, still life, small vignettes and memories of imagined worlds all filter through a rigorous process of iterative collage from which each painting vaguely begins. Often with little more than a feeling in mind, his work evolves organically through the painting process until it reaches a point of charged ambiguity that celebrates the pageantry of everyday life.
